Book Description :

Seminar paper from the year 2016 in the subject Business economics - Business Management, Corporate Governance, grade: 1,0, EBC University Düsseldorf, language: English, abstract: Forming new businesses, entering new markets, and increasing organizational effectiveness, occurs through the innovation and transformation processes. Corporations must be able to adapt and evolve, if they wish to survive. The ability to innovate is a source of sustainable competitive advantage. However, how is it possible for a company to breed innovation into the very bones of an organization, so that it becomes an ongoing, managed phenomenon? Is innovative thinking independent of external circumstances? Or, is there any method to its creativity? And what would an innovation model look like? The importance of innovation in regards to a businesses value is, without a doubt, the most meaningful and perhaps most essential aspect of a company. Innovation pays dividends for shareholders it drives growth and differentiation, motivates employees, opens new markets and captures customers’ attention, all while using much lower advertising budgets. One company that has clearly done something right in the past is Google. This company is a symbol for integrative IT-infrastructures and restructuring business architecture through: experimentation, improvisation, analytical decision making, participative product development, and other noteworthy modes of innovation. It uses an evaluation of ideas with an admittedly chaotic ideation process and a set of accurate, data-driven methods. Google’s culture fascinates even the brightest technical expertise. It has developed or acquired an array of new offerings to augment the core search product. Its expansion, profitability, and shareholder equity, are at unmatched levels. It has been the designer, or a leading exponent of new paths to business and management innovation. These are the main reasons why Google is a great allegory of innovation and a profound example of a successful integrated innovation management approach. The purpose of this essay, based on Adapa Srinivasa Rao’s case study, “Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Google, Inc.” is to build a bridge between the company’s methods and the theoretical framework that abstractly enables and drives innovation in the corporate environment.

Book Description :

A Story of Big Tech Censorship and Bias and the Fight to Save Our Country The madness of Big Tech and their attempt to mold our reality into a version compatible with their globalist view of the world has never been portrayed better than in this chilling account by Google whistleblower, Zach Vorhies. As a senior engineer at Google for many years, Zach was aware of their bias, but watched in horror as the 2016 election of Donald Trump seemed to drive them into dangerous territory. The American ideal of an honest, hard-fought battle of ideas—when the contest is over, shaking hands and working together to solve problems—was replaced by a different, darker ethic alien to this country's history. Working with New York Times bestselling author Kent Heckenlively (Plague of Corruption), Vorhies and Heckenlively weave a tale of a tech industry once beloved by its central figure for its innovation and original thinking, turned into a terrifying intellectual wasteland of brutality and censorship. For Zach, an intuitive counter-thinker, brought up on the dystopian futures of George Orwell, Aldous Huxley, and Ray Bradbury, it was clear that Google was attempting nothing less than a seamless rewriting of the operating code of reality in which many would not be allowed to participate. Using Google's own internal search engine, Zach discovered their six-part plan for complete information dominance and released 950 pages of these documents to the world in June 2019 with an appearance with James O'Keefe on Project Veritas, which quickly became one of their most popular stories. From the globalist enclaves of Silicon Valley in 2016 in the wake of the Trump victory to the November 3, 2020 election, Zach provides a "you are there" perspective on these events and where we may be headed as a country. Read this book if you care about the future of America.

Book Description :

You’ve heard of Google. Anyone who hasn’t heard of Google has been living under a rock for several years now. But did you know that Google can help you do more than just find information? Google can help you increase the bottom line of your business. There are two ways that Google helps business owners increase their bottom line – with Google AdWords, and Google AdSense. There are two separate advertising programs that actually work together, even if you are only participating in one of the programs. Both programs are free to join. Google AdWords is an advertising Pay-Per-Click program. You set up a free account, write your add, choose your keywords, set your budget, and activate the campaign. Google then displays your ad in their search engine results, when your keywords are used in a search, as well as on content websites that are related to your keywords. Each time someone clicks on your ad, you are charged whatever you have agreed to pay for each click, or less in some cases. Google charges your credit card for the clicks that you have received on a regular basis. This is one of the most effective ways to get traffic to your website, and to build up an opt-in list – if you are using a capture page – in existence. On the other side of the G-Factor is Google AdSense. Google AdSense doesn’t cost money – it pays money to content website owners who place the Google AdSense code on their websites, each time one of their visitors clicks on one of the ads that are displayed. With Google AdSense, you can select the type of ads that you wish to run, as well as the look and feel of the ads. When you place the code on your web page, Google serves ads that are relevant to the content on that page, so that the ads are highly targeted. The ads that are being served to AdSense sites are the ads that AdWords customers are running through the AdWords program, and this is how the two programs work together. So as you can see, you can either join forces with Google AdSense to earn extra revenue for your bottom line and/or use Google AdWords to get more traffic to your site, which you can then convert to more sales.
